HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
- If your item is faulty please email us at email@example.com within 7 days to notify us about the faulty product. Please attach the original invoice and proof of payment.
- Please return the order to us in its original packaging, all parts, plugs and accessories included, user manual and instructions included, without damage to the packaging, stickers or writing on the packaging or plugs changed. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled we will not be able to credit your order.
- When the faulty product is received back. we will assess the fault and if it is faulty we will credit you in full including your courier fees.
- If the product is in proper working order, we will request that you send your own courier to collect the item from our warehouse at your cost.
- If a product is damaged due to mishandling and neglect of care instructions provided on our website and on the packaging of the product we will not be held liable to refund the item.
HOW DO I CANCEL AND ORDER?
- If you have placed an order and it has not yet been delivered you may immediately request a cancellation. If you have paid you will be refunded in full.
- If you have placed an order and it has already been delivered you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item, under the following conditions:
• It is damaged or faulty, we will refund you and collect the faulty item.
• It does not fulfil it's intended use for whatever reason, we will refund you in full, including your courier costs and collect the item from you.
• You changed your mind (The product must be returned by you in a completely sellable condition as described above in 'How do I return an order').
• We usually do not hold replacement stock, so we will refund and not replace.
• The incorrect product was delivered, we will collect the incorrect product and send the correct item to you.
You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any returns or cancellations, we will do our best to resolve all your concerns and if the fault is on our side we will refund you in full not incurring any courier costs onto you.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM AND THE CANCELLATION/RETURN PERIOD HAS EXPIRED?
- All our electrical, battery operated and USB powered products have a 6 months warranty, so if your product stops working within the 6 months period, we will refund you in full (including courier costs) and collect the faulty item from you.
- We do adhere to our 7 day return policy but we will make an exception if the item is in a perfectly sellable condition as described in 'How do I return an order.
