    HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

      1. If your item is faulty please email us at orders@greatimports.co.za within 7 days to notify us about the faulty product. Please attach the original invoice and proof of payment.
      2. Please return the order to us in its original packaging, all parts, plugs and accessories included, user manual and instructions included, without damage to the packaging, stickers or writing on the packaging or plugs changed. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled we will not be able to credit your order.
      3. When the faulty product is received back. we will assess the fault and if it is faulty we will credit you in full including your courier fees.
